Additional Policyholder Payment Options

Pay By Check 
Please make checks payable to “AIG Private Client Group.” Include your payment stub with your check, and mail using the remittance envelope that came with your bill. If you don’t have your remittance envelope, find mailing instructions HERE.  


Pay By Phone 
Call 866.856.6855 (toll free).

  • To pay by debiting your bank account select option 1. Follow the prompts to complete your payment. If you make a payment by phone, you are authorizing AIG Private Client Group to process the payment via an automatic debit from your bank account.

  • To pay by credit card select option 2, or if your payment is over $99,000 select option 3. You must pay the full account balance when paying by credit card.

    NOTE: 
    Payments may take up to 3 to 5 business days for processing. Your User ID and Password are the same for both online and phone payments. Password updates will be reflected on both payment options.  


Pay By Wire Transfer Please refer to the instructions provided on your AIG Private Client Group billing statement.
